Grapefruit Lemonade

Highly refreshing grapefruit lemonade—light and perfect when you’re in the mood for something fresh.

A tested homemade recipe for grapefruit lemonade with condensed milk.

Wash the grapefruit, peel it thoroughly—preferably even including the albedo (those white “skins”).

Add the grapefruit pieces to the blender, add sugar, condensed milk, and water.

Add ice and blend briefly until the drink is cold, slightly creamy, and well combined.

Taste and, if needed, add a little more sugar or water if the grapefruit is very sour.

Pour into a pitcher or glasses.

Serve right away with ice, mint leaves, and pieces of grapefruit.

Tips

💡 If you don’t like grapefruit bitterness, remove the white membranes and seeds very thoroughly.
💡 You can use sparkling water, but then it’s best to pour it in at the end, after blending.
💡 The drink tastes best right after preparation, when it’s very well chilled.
